Daily Teum es un espacio cultural y artístico interactivo de LG U+ que expone las creaciones y experimentos de artistas emergentes bajo el concepto de "Art Garage". Los visitantes pueden contemplar las obras y, además, participar activamente, descubriendo nuevas formas y preferencias artísticas. El piso 1 cuenta con instalaciones y experiencias interactivas, mientras que el piso 2 alberga el "AI Art Mate" y la "Art Shop". Los pisos 3 a 6 ofrecen exposiciones interactivas y arte multimedia. El U+ Lounge, en el sótano, es un espacio donde los visitantes pueden dibujar o plasmar sus ideas utilizando diversos tipos de papel y bolígrafos.

El área cercana a la Estación de Gangnam es el centro del tráfico en el sur del río de Hangang, en Seúl. La avenida Gangnam-daero une la avenida Teheran-ro y el área de Jamsil (en la zona este) con el área de Sadang (en el oeste). El cruce donde se encuentra la Torre Kyobo conecta la Terminal de Autobuses Expresos de Seúl con la zona occidental de la ciudad (Noryangjin, etc.). Hacia el sur, pasando el área de Yangjae, se llega a la ciudad vecina de Seongnam.
La Estación de Gangnam es un punto estratégico para el transporte y el comercio, como así también el ocio y la vida nocturna, donde se congregan muchas personas en encuentros sociales y otros tipos de eventos.
