Hanwha Resort Sanjeong Lake is located in a natural environment befitting its name sanjeonghosu, which refers to a lake as clear as a well in the mountains. As a result, the resort is adored by guests all year round.

In spring and fall, visitors can see the vast trees and silver grass of Myeongseongsan Mountain. In summer, guests can enjoy rafting in the Hantangang River and in winter, ice sledding. The resort underwent remodeling in 2013, keeping it up to date and pleasant.

El lago Sanjeong es una de las principales atracciones de Pocheon, situado en los valles entre los majestuosos montes Myeongseongsan y Mangbongsan y el pico Mangmubong. Su nombre significa "lago tan limpio como un manantial de montaña", y fue construido en 1925 para abastecer de agua a las granjas de la zona. Gracias a sus atracciones cercanas, recibe a muchos visitantes cada año. A lo largo del lago se destacan las cafeterías, muy populares entre las parejas y turistas que se alojan en los hoteles cercanos. En primavera y otoño es común ver cómo la niebla se eleva desde el lago, haciendo que navegar de noche sea una experiencia inolvidable. Los montañistas suelen visitar el monte Myeongseongsan en primavera y otoño; mientras que a los visitantes les encanta patinar sobre el lago en invierno. El lago está rodeado por un parque de atracciones, piscinas, pistas de trineo e instalaciones de spa, atrayendo a muchas familias. Los restaurantes locales son famosos por su sabrosa y nutritiva comida, para la que usan setas y caracolas de agua frescas. Otras especialidades locales son el maeuntang (guiso picante de pescado), dotorimuk (gelatina de bellotas), sanchae baekban (arroz servido con hierbas y vegetales silvestres), y deodeok gui (una raíz suave a la parrilla).

Situado en Pocheon (provincia de Gyeonggi-do), las instalaciones de Hangaone consisten en el Museo Cultural del Hangwa y el Centro de Educación Cultural. Los visitantes pueden ver el museo y además participar en la elaboración de hangwa (golosinas coreanas tradicionales). Finalizada su elaboración, pueden probarlas junto con un té tradicional.



El Museo Cultural del Hangwa es el primer museo de Corea que trata sobre los dulces tradicionales coreanos. Su primer piso exhibe la historia de hangwa, los utensilios usados, y sus varios tipos (yakgwa, yugwa, yumilgwa, jeongwa, dasik y gangjeong), mientras que el segundo piso ofrece hangwa de temporada, hangwa con té, áreas de hangwa en Pocheon, información para expertos y información turística de Pocheon.



El Centro de Educación Cultural tiene una variedad de programas que ofrecen a los visitantes la oportunidad de elaborar hangwa y también aprender sobre la cultura tradicional del té.

The chef is greatly skilled in Gaeseong cuisine which is a province in North Korea. As a result, guests can enjoy ori hobak jjim(steamed duck with squash) and muneo jjim (steamed octopus), cuisine that is very difficult to find in South Korea.

⊙ Monte Cheonggyesan (청계산)

El monte Cheonggyesan (618 m) está bendecido con hermosas características geográficas, y las aguas cristalinas que fluyen a través de su valle de 2 km lo hacen un destino muy popular entre los visitantes. Es uno de los 'Jwacheongnyong Ubaeko' (dragón azul izquierda y tigre blanco derecha) que protegen Seúl, junto con el monte Gwanaksan.



El monte Cheonggyesan, que también se conocía como Cheongnyongsan anteriormente, tiene dos caras. La que se ve a la derecha cuando se pasa por Yangjae es una montaña suave con pequeñas rocas que afloran. Por el contrario, los alrededores de Manggyeongdae, que se pueden ver desde la entrada principal del Gran Parque de Seúl en Gwacheon, están cubiertos por rocas, haciendo un lugar con vistas impresionantes. Sin embargo, hay una instalación gubernamental en Manggyeongdae, haciendo que la cima quede fuera del alcance del público general.
