Park Jiyun's Gachang Jinbang is a famous restaurant in Daegu serving one of Korea's most beloved traditional snacks, jjinppang (steamed bun). Since opening in 2000, many other jjinppang and mandu restaurants began to open in the area, leading to the formation of a jjinppang street. While there are now many options to choose from, Park Jiyun's Gachang Jinbang continues to be popular, thanks to their use of using dough made fresh daily by hand. Many people will stand in line just to buy the buns from this shop, although they have also recently add the option to order through their website.
